When I was first learning how to eat real food on a budget, there were not a lot of resources. Most money-saving sites shared coupons and heavily-processed food. Many real food sites made me feel like everything I ate was poison and we needed to spend 5x more to make it not poison.
So I had to do something different. I had to find what worked for my family in that particular season.

In order to do that, you need to learn, and try new things, and make a plan.
The New Year is a magical time where we dream about living a little more intentionally. We are ready to learn, try, and implement some new things to make our life better.
