We want to save money. We also want to eat healthy.

When I was first learning how to eat real food on a budget, there were not a lot of resources. Most money-saving sites shared coupons and heavily-processed food. Many real food sites made me feel like everything I ate was poison and we needed to spend 5x more to make it not poison.

So I had to do something different. I had to find what worked for my family in that particular season.

You will have to do something different too. Every human is unique and the season you are in is unique. You have to find what works for you right now.

In order to do that, you need to learn, and try new things, and make a plan.

The New Year is a magical time where we dream about living a little more intentionally. We are ready to learn, try, and implement some new things to make our life better.

I want to give you lots of resources to help you do that. Specifically, ones that help you save money and eat healthy. I do this through recipes, frugal hacks, Facebook Live videos, daily Instagram and Facebook inspiration, very specific Pinboards, and the Cheapskate Cook List & Facebook Group.

What if there was just one thing standing between you and a healthier life?

Healthy meals don’t just happen.

(Wouldn’t that be nice?)

Saving money and eating healthy begins with a plan.

Some friends of mine put together a Healthy Meal Planning package that they are selling at a hugely discounted price. If you want to avoid a meal planning rut this New Year, definitely check it out!

(I might be a little biased because they used a bunch of my recipes.)

3 Things I Love About This Bundle:

1. All Real Food

Most menu planning services have one clean eating, real food option. This entire package is made of real, simple food. So you have a huge variety of meals and plans without paying for the nonsense you don’t want.

Of course, they have Ketogenic, Paleo, Gluten-free, and Instant Pot plans. But they have many more – all of which focus on quick & simple, but delicious, healthy meals – complete with shopping lists and fresh recipes.

2. No Prep Work

Back to what I said about healthy meals don’t just happen.

We have to decide what we’re eating, make our list, buy the ingredients, and then prepare everything.

And if we don’t, the temptation is to reach for whatever is easiest. Which is not usually the healthiest or the cheapest.

With the Healthy Meal Planning Bundle, you’ll have hundreds of recipes available in one place, so you can find what you need quickly, without falling into the Pinterest rabbit-hole.

You can jump right into it without needing to do a bunch of the prep work yourself. I know this because I’m cooking out of one of the meal plans this week. You can follow how the plan works and how we like the meals on Instagram Stories.

    • Hi Sara, the Budget plan doesn’t say specifically. It says: “Affordable, healthy and with freezer, slow cooker and one-pot meals dispersed through the week.” Perhaps equal to or less than what we spent for the One-Pot week?
