Broke? You Can Still Live Healthy

Reading Time: 5 min

Do you want to live healthy but don’t have money for the health food store, that gym membership, or much besides basic needs? I know what that’s like. Here is our story, and your game-changer.

When Chris and I were broke, I desperately wanted to care for our health.

But it was hard enough keeping life and limb together.

We were frugal minimalists before it was trendy. And by that I mean we had sparse belongings but without the succulents or Scandinavian decor.

Somehow, we managed to live on far less than most first-world couples do when they start out.

The flattering story is that we had very specific and strategic goals for our future. Debt, big living spaces, and excess stuff had no place in our lives.

The less-flattering story is that we were young, dumb, and simply didn’t know any different.

Cute and clueless, with much better hair.

In our budget, there was almost no wiggle room, but I was deeply passionate about living a healthy, holistic lifestyle. Sometimes that comes with a big price tag.

Because you are reading a blog with the tagline, “Save money, eat healthy,” you can probably relate.

That describes where so many of us are stuck. We are working as hard as we can, but we don’t want to wait until we are wealthy to start caring for our bodies.

Maybe you are trying to pay off debt, but you have some health issues and cannot live on Ramen noodles.

Maybe you are raising kids, and you were faced with losing an income or paying more daycare expenses than that income was worth. Now you are trying to adjust your life and budget to a new season.

Or maybe you are doing well, but you want to live as healthy as possible without losing the kids’ college fund to organic cheerios and grass-fed beef.

For many of us, we have learned too much about healthy eating to go back to couponing and freebie mac and cheese.

Living healthy should not be a privilege only for the elite.

But sometimes it feels that way.

Finally, an Answer!

That is why, in 2012, when Ultimate Bundles launched their first bundle, I was over the moon.

Finally, an internet resource for the rest of us!

If you relate what I’ve written so far, you want to read this. It will sound a little sales-y but bear with me.

The Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle is a complete collection of resources to help you:

  • implement a wellness lifestyle that’s right for you,
  • find easy, real food meal ideas that suit your dietary needs,
  • discover strategies for losing weight,
  • get your family on board with healthy eating,
  • prioritize your health consistently,
  • and create a toxin-free home.

Over the years, a huge number of people (over 80,000) have invested in themselves by grabbing a copy of the bundle.

And I think the Ultimate Bundles team finds ways to make it better every year, which means this year’s bundle is the best one yet. I was there in the beginning, and I love what they do. 👍

Curious what it includes?

When you buy the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, you get access to:

  • 62 eBooks
  • 30 eCourses, videos & audio files
  • 12 printables & workbooks,
  • and 2 membership sites

… all curated to give you an insanely helpful collection of resources to touch every part of your health journey – at a price that’s too good to miss.

Will our lives ever be perfectly healthy? Probably not.

But will these tools make healthy living a lot easier to figure out? You bet.

My Top 5 Favorites:

The bundle is only $29.97, but it contains many high-dollar holistic-living products!

Here are my 5 favorites.

It was really hard to narrow down the list.

Women’s Health Masterclass by Wardee Harmon

(Normally $99.00)

The Women’s Health masterclass contains the Women’s Health eBook plus 10 masterclass videos.

I love Wardee’s work and cannot wait to take her class. It’s been on my list since she first launched it.

MerryBody 4-Week Yoga & Pilates Home Fitness Program

(Normally $75.00)

MerryBody is a 4-week program that combines Yoga, Pilates, and mindset to completely change the way you work out—AND how you feel about yourself.

Yoga has changed my life. Not in a fluffy, suburban-mom-in-yoga-pants kind of way. It has taught me how to relax, play, and grow stronger and more flexible. Everyone should try it.

Unhinge the Binge: The Answer to Emotional, Binge and Stress Eating

(Normally $297.00)

Heal your relationship with food by using mindful and intuitive techniques and tapping into your inner wisdom.

Emotional eating is no joke. I know this personally. There is hope. ❤️

Healthy Breakfasts Kids Can Make by Katie Kimball

(Normally $20.00)

Healthy Breakfasts Kids Can Make includes 4 videos and lesson plans for all ages – your kids really can make breakfast on their own, no mess, no fuss, no failure!

I love these cute and informative videos. We already use Katie’s main course – Kids Cook Real Food, and it changed our kitchen dramatically.

Now I spend far less time cooking, and my kids care about their food and enjoy the independence of making it themselves. I shared our experience with the full course here.

The Whole Journey Healthy Life Handbook: Action-Driven Digital Workbook

(Normally $49.00)

The Whole Journey Healthy Life Handbook lays out our entire philosophy in an easy-to-follow format. Each session builds off of the one before it to empower you to make inspiring, consistent, and amazing positive changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Workbooks and journaling are my jam. It is how I process my thoughts and move from dreaming about something to actually doing it. If you want to make some big changes one step at a time, this is your guide.

Truthfully, this bundle is the resource I wish I had years ago when we were dead broke. It could have made a world of difference. (And at a 98% discount, it’s super affordable for anyone!)

This sale is over on Monday, September 10th at midnight. It’s just a super short sale (hence the discounted price) so don’t miss it!
