Simple Blended Greek Dressing

Our favorite homemade salad dressing - it's simple, flavorful, and loaded with clean ingredients.

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Greek Seasoning (see notes)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small blender. Blend until creamy-looking. Transfer to a pint-size jar or reusable salad dressing bottle.

  2. Alternatively, you can simply combine ingredients in a jar, close lid tightly, and shake it until thoroughly combined.

  3. Store in the fridge. Olive oil solidifies in cold temperatures, so let it sit out for an hour or two before use (or pop it in the microwave for a few seconds - but don't tell the health food purists I said that).
