I learned a lesson this week.

We just finished the 5-Day Better Breakfast Bootcamp, and I shared my homework with you LIVE in the Cheapskate Cooks Facebook Group every day.

My goal was to encourage and help you complete the boot camp – because too often we sign up for good ideas without actually doing them. Like that email campaign that was supposed to turn me into someone who loves running.

What I learned was that I need accountability too! You guys had so many helpful suggestions for me, and I hope I helped you as well.

This isn’t the first time I’ve learned this lesson. I read books with my mentor because knowing that she’s going to ask me about it makes me pick up the book. When I started my first fitness program, I did it with my husband so we could make each other get off the couch every. freakin’. day. I never set and accomplish goals until I discovered the Cultivate What Matters community.

Maybe one of your goals this year was to eat healthier or be a better steward of your money.

Some friends of mine put together a Healthy Meal Planning package that they are selling at a hugely discounted price. If you are trying to eat real food (or Keto or Gluten-free or Paleo or just need to feed the people) and need meal planning help, this package is very powerful. I shared 3 Reasons Why I Love It here.

(I might be a little biased because they used a bunch of my recipes.)

Here’s the Accountability & Community

When you buy your copy of Healthy Meal Planning by midnight tonight, you’ll also get the 30 Meals in 30 Days Challenge (a $21 value) for free.

If the hardest part of meal planning is making the habit stick, this is for you!

This challenge comes with:

  • Free Facebook group for accountability and reminders
  • Weekly live training
  • Email support to help you use your bundle, find time-saving ways to meal plan and cook, and get loads of tips to streamline the whole process

At the end of 30 days, you will have made 30 meals and kicked off your year with intention and measurable progress!

Plus, dinner was taken care of, which I discovered has to happen every night no matter how much I whine.

Healthy meals don’t just happen.

We have to decide what we’re eating, make our list, buy the ingredients, and then prepare everything.

And if we don’t, the temptation is to reach for whatever is easiest. Which is not usually the healthiest or the cheapest.

Save money, eat healthy, and start your year with accountability and community. Pick up your copy of the Healthy Meal Planning Bundle and join the 30 Meals in 30 Days Challenge (a $21 value) for free!

This offer ends at midnight tonight – so get it while you can!
